Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or related roles
- proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with event management software and CRM tools
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends around events
- interest in cryptocurrency and frontier technologies

Job Duties
- Support event planning including venue coordination and vendor communication
- manage logistics and on-site execution of events
- own and execute small-scale events independently
- assist with budget tracking and vendor payments
- coordinate invite lists and manage event materials
- lead post-event debriefs and track event metrics
- maintain department calendars and master timelines
- coordinate travel and meetings for events team
- create agendas and deliver status updates
- maintain and refine operational systems and processes
- manage inventory and data collection
- enter data into CRM
- create presentations and training materials
- liaise with departments to ensure deadlines and procedures are met
- collaborate with team to manage multiple events under tight deadlines
- stay informed on event industry trends and recommend improvements
