Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or related roles
  • proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with event management software and CRM tools
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends around events
  • interest in cryptocurrency and frontier technologies

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
  • hands-on experience planning and executing events
  • highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support event planning including venue coordination and vendor communication
  • manage logistics and on-site execution of events
  • own and execute small-scale events independently
  • assist with budget tracking and vendor payments
  • coordinate invite lists and manage event materials
  • lead post-event debriefs and track event metrics
  • maintain department calendars and master timelines
  • coordinate travel and meetings for events team
  • create agendas and deliver status updates
  • maintain and refine operational systems and processes
  • manage inventory and data collection
  • enter data into CRM
  • create presentations and training materials
  • liaise with departments to ensure deadlines and procedures are met
  • collaborate with team to manage multiple events under tight deadlines
  • stay informed on event industry trends and recommend improvements
