Job Requirements

18+ years old with U.S. work authorization
Dependable and motivated to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work event schedules including weekends and evenings
Must be energetic and personable
Basic understanding of event marketing concepts is a plus

Job Duties

Assist with event setup, on-site support, and breakdown
Engage attendees and communicate campaign or brand initiatives
Provide outstanding customer service during events
Support the team in meeting attendance, outreach, and engagement targets
Track and report on event success and suggest improvements
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
