Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years experience in working in hospitality industry or any combination of skill and experience that relates directly to the tasks to be performed is preferred
  • must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license

Job Duties

  • responsible for clerical work related to events including correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, etc.
  • responsible for answering the phone for the venue and fielding calls and inquiries
  • responsible for taking client payments and answering financial or invoicing questions accurately
  • supervises events to ensure clients needs are accomplished and events are executed to the highest standards
  • displays vast knowledge of cooper creek event center caterers/vendors and venue information including capacity, pricing, audio visual capabilities, etc. and should be able to professionally articulate the information to clients
