Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or related field preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and brand activations
  • support logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, venue coordination, and on-site setup
  • manage administrative tasks related to event planning, including documentation, tracking expenses, and maintaining event timelines
  • collaborate closely with the events manager and marketing team to ensure brand consistency and event success
  • provide hands-on support during live events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
