Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event planning or coordination preferred
  • proficiency with event management software
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events
  • coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and transportation
  • communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
  • manage event timelines, budgets, and coordinate with on-site staff
  • support event setup and breakdown ensuring all details are properly handled
  • create event materials including signage, schedules, and promotional content
  • handle event registration and guest management providing exceptional service to attendees
  • collect feedback post-event and assist in reporting to improve future events
