Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills

  • availability for occasional evening or weekend shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management is a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning, setup, and breakdown of marketing events, brand activations, and corporate functions
  • coordinate logistics including vendor communication, equipment rentals, and travel arrangements
  • maintain detailed records of event timelines, budgets, and materials
  • provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • manage inventory of event supplies and promotional materials
  • support internal communications and post-event reporting processes
