Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic knowledge of event planning principles and practices

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events including logistics, catering, and venue selection
  • support event marketing activities to promote upcoming events to targeted audiences
  • work with vendors to secure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery
  • help manage on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
  • coordinate communication with attendees, providing them with relevant information and updates related to the events
  • assist with the creation of event materials such as programs, signage, and promotional items
