Job Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in event management, communications, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support (internships considered)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Handle event materials, documentation, and inventory
  • Ensure timely communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Manage RSVP tracking, guest lists, and attendee support
  • Contribute to on-site setup, registration, and breakdown of events
  • Provide post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
