Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, marketing, or related field
- prior experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- proficiency in event management software and MS Office
- excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events
- coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and transportation
- communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
- manage event timelines, budgets, and coordinate with on-site staff
- support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are properly handled
- create event materials including signage, schedules, and promotional content
- handle event registration and guest management, providing exceptional service to attendees
- collect feedback post-event and assist in reporting to improve future events
