Job Requirements

  • local to Cincinnati, Ohio and willing to work office-based
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in administrative or business support roles
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to handle confidential information
  • detail oriented
  • multitasking skills
  • reliability and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • preferred 1+ years experience in a business environment and administrative support role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • preferred experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • high attention to detail
  • strong multitasking ability
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidential data

Job Duties

  • maintain department specific trackers, calendar and templates
  • support meeting preparation activities including in-house printing and creating packing lists
  • manage attendee registration activities by verifying information and communicating with attendees
  • provide first level quality review for all meeting related databases including hotel, print, ground transportation, and travel
  • track venue proposals and contact representatives for additional details
  • compile, maintain and verify accuracy of all expenses
  • process post meeting reimbursement
