Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-5 years experience in a front desk or similar role
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Experience managing and maintaining budgets
- Event coordinating or management experience
- Travel sales expertise or experience with booking tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- General office administrative experience
- Familiar with invoicing and financial responsibility
- Hands-on experience with travel booking and CRM software
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-5 years experience in a front desk role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing and maintaining budgets
- Event coordinating or management experience
- Travel sales expertise or experience using online booking tools or airline reservation systems
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- General administrative experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with invoicing and financial responsibilities
- Experience with travel booking and CRM software
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to show initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements including booking flights, ground transportation, and hotels
- Assisting travelers with travel changes due to booking issues, full flights, weather delays, or similar issues
- Greeting and directing callers, visitors, and employees
- Notifying company employees of visitor arrivals
- Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
- Answering incoming calls and forwarding to appropriate personnel
- Scheduling conference rooms and maintaining their appearance
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area
- Receiving and signing off on deliveries
- Completing special assignments and clerical duties as needed
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
