Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-5 years experience in a front desk role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to manage and maintain budgets
- Experience in event coordinating or management
- Travel sales expertise or experience using online booking tools or airline reservation systems
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- General administrative experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with invoicing and financial responsibility
- Hands-on experience with travel booking and CRM software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and ability to show initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and time management

Job Duties
- Coordinating domestic and international travel for employees including booking flights, ground transportation, and/or hotels and conveying itineraries to travelers
- Assisting travelers with travel changes due to booking issues, full flights, weather delays, or similar travel issues
- Performing special projects and duties as needed
- Greeting and directing callers, visitors, and employees
- Notifying company employees of visitor arrival
- Maintaining security and telecommunications system
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel
- Understanding company business and services
- Answering questions about organization and providing callers with address, directions, and other information
- Scheduling conference rooms and maintaining their appearance
- Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring visitor activity
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area
- Receiving and signing off on deliveries
- Completing special assignments and other clerical duties as needed
- Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining productivity by efficiently organizing and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
