Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in events coordination or sports program management preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Valid certification or willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR within 90 days
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Previous experience with budget planning and contract management preferred

Job Duties
- Effectively and creatively promote coordinate and execute all club-sponsored and private events meeting VillaSport quality standards
- Pre-plan event budgets detailing all revenue sources and expenses including labor supplies F&B and decorations
- Develop detailed Banquet Event Orders with all event party rental details to ensure effective preparation and communication between departments
- Serve as primary contact for all private party function and club rental inquiries
- Complete party and rental contracts following club pricing lists and guidelines and upsell add-on services
- Record post-event financials and hold debrief meetings to evaluate events parties and rentals
- Maintain and store all props supplies equipment used for club-sponsored events and place orders to replenish supplies as needed
- Promote coordinate and execute all adult and youth sports programs including camps leagues and other sports-related activities
- Creatively drive sports program revenues attracting new participants and retaining current ones
- Referee adult league basketball games and ensure referee training programs are followed
- Coach and referee youth sports programs with an instructional approach
- Manage Villa Sport Basketball Select competitive travel program and supervise Head Basketball Competitive Coach
- Follow all Sports department SOPs in design and execution of sports programs
- Ensure Court Schedule is up to date on the website
- Ensure sports equipment is in excellent condition and properly stored
- Ensure the Main Court and outdoor turf fields are clean safe and in good condition
