Job Requirements

  • Pass a criminal history background check
  • Obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to talk on the phone, walk, stand, kneel, and stoop for long periods of time
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends occasionally for events
  • Ability to transport, carry and assemble tables, booth assets, marketing materials and tents for events
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments during extreme weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of corporate partnership dynamics and community engagement strategies
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
  • 2-4 years minimum years of experience in sales and/or marketing tactics, specifically with partner activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM/Marketing automation (Hubspot)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented focus, and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and learning styles
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, prioritize, organize and accomplish work
  • Friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Research, identify, and initiate outreach to potential sponsors at the local and national level
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across LTS campuses to support long-term collaboration
  • Support the creation of cobranded marketing plans that promote both LTS and the sponsor organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop unique and customized marketing assets
  • Ensure event promotions are coordinated timely and correctly
  • Track all leads and opportunities generated through events, ensuring timely and strategic follow up
  • Use CRM tools to manage communications, update lead status, and report on outcomes
  • Support the implementation of sponsor-related events at the partnership sites
  • Monitor sponsorship outcomes and report on pre-identified KPIs
  • Identify recommendations for improvement based on performance
