  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Prior experience in facilities property management hospitality or related fields preferred
  • Prior supervisor experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with the planning and execution of Shrine on Airline events including site visits walk throughs pre-event meetings event day management and post event activities
  • Provide support to Event Services Operations and Sales Executive Personnel for and in preparation for events varying in size and scope
  • Assist with researching reviewing and recommending equipment materials and supplies required in producing and organizing events
  • Coordinate and complete various turnkey special projects as assigned
  • Coordinate administrative activities and tasks including research projects management of various databases including operational and financial related inventory control
  • Attend and actively participate in Shrine on Airline meetings as requested and deemed appropriate
  • Provide comments and input to facility department representatives during post event discussions regarding issues concerns and areas of improvement related to events
