- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Prior experience in facilities property management hospitality or related fields preferred
- Prior supervisor experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with the planning and execution of Shrine on Airline events including site visits walk throughs pre-event meetings event day management and post event activities
- Provide support to Event Services Operations and Sales Executive Personnel for and in preparation for events varying in size and scope
- Assist with researching reviewing and recommending equipment materials and supplies required in producing and organizing events
- Coordinate and complete various turnkey special projects as assigned
- Coordinate administrative activities and tasks including research projects management of various databases including operational and financial related inventory control
- Attend and actively participate in Shrine on Airline meetings as requested and deemed appropriate
- Provide comments and input to facility department representatives during post event discussions regarding issues concerns and areas of improvement related to events
