Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required

- Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions preferred
- Excellent customer service and promotional skills preferred
- Ability to build relationships with members preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
- Supports adult sports programming including squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops
- Helps ensure events align with Life Time's Mission and Vision Statement
- Supports member retention by providing outstanding member experience
