Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management hospitality business or a related field preferred
- proven experience in event planning or sales support is a plus
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- proficient in microsoft office suite word excel powerpoint and familiarity with crm software
- detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Job Duties
- assist in the planning and execution of events including logistics vendor management and on-site coordination
- support the sales team in preparing presentations proposals and other sales materials
- respond to client inquiries and follow up with leads to help convert them into sales
- research potential clients and identify new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
- maintain an organized database of events contacts and sales leads for effective tracking and communication
- collaborate with marketing to promote events and enhance brand visibility through various channels
