Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, training coordination, or employee development
- Experience in field marketing, sales enablement, or home improvement/home services industries
- Comfortable conducting in-person and virtual training sessions
- Proficiency in virtual training tools such as Zoom and Teams
- Proficiency in content creation platforms including Canva, PowerPoint, or Photoshop
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule
- Willingness to travel throughout the market
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 shifts per month as a Brand Ambassador
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching
- Strong organizational skills
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling employee information

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding process including materials preparation and scheduling
- Facilitate orientation programs introducing new employees to company culture and policies
- Serve as primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding
- Develop, organize, and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly
- Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and align with goals
- Support professional development initiatives including workshops and e-learning
- Track and maintain training records for compliance
- Recommend and implement innovative learning tools and methodologies
- Monitor onboarding timelines, retention rates, and training satisfaction
- Provide reports and insights to management on onboarding and training effectiveness
