Job Duties
- Manage all logistics of the events and retail locations including set-up, staffing, and coordination with local event management
- increase the number of events attended such as fairs, festivals, and local exhibitions
- partner with community retailers including hardware stores and grocery stores
- recruit and hire top events marketing professionals
- train and coach promoters on how to professionally engage customers at events while scheduling in-home appointments
- manage all resources to achieve issued appointment goals
