Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a sales or marketing team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and analytic skills

Job Duties

  • Grow mentor and train teams in lead generation through non-traditional opportunities
  • Lead a team of supervisors to facilitate marketing goals and strategies
  • Drive success by embodying the company's methodology and core values
  • Manage interviewing onboarding and performance management of the Brand Ambassador team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback in the field
  • Set lead generation goals monitor performance and adjust as needed
  • Deliver detailed lead and sales forecasts
  • Foster a competitive and collaborative team environment
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss hiring training team performance and event opportunities
  • Develop plans to exceed lead generation goals and increase sales conversion rates
  • Manage budget to meet or exceed marketing cost goals
  • Conduct weekly and monthly coaching evaluations
  • Lead regular performance discussions
  • Facilitate weekly training boot camps
