- 3-5 years of experience managing a sales or marketing team

Job Duties
- Grow mentor and train teams in lead generation through non-traditional opportunities
- Lead a team of supervisors to facilitate marketing goals and strategies
- Drive success by embodying the company's methodology and core values
- Manage interviewing onboarding and performance management of the Brand Ambassador team
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback in the field
- Set lead generation goals monitor performance and adjust as needed
- Deliver detailed lead and sales forecasts
- Foster a competitive and collaborative team environment
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss hiring training team performance and event opportunities
- Develop plans to exceed lead generation goals and increase sales conversion rates
- Manage budget to meet or exceed marketing cost goals
- Conduct weekly and monthly coaching evaluations
- Lead regular performance discussions
- Facilitate weekly training boot camps
