Job Duties

  • Handle logistics for events and promotions including giveaways, gift pickups, player events, and tournaments setup and breakdown
  • assist with decor such as balloon columns and centerpieces
  • train, schedule, and coach event and promotion associates
  • perform occasional cash handling according to property policies
  • assist patrons with requests, services, and information while providing superior guest service
  • educate customers on upcoming promotions and events
  • maintain comprehensive property knowledge including memorabilia
