Job Requirements
- High school diploma general education (GED)
- Must possess basic computer skills and knowledgeable with casino computer systems and Microsoft applications
- A Mississippi Gaming Commission work permit is required
- Must possess leadership skills
- Minimum 6 months work experience as events/promotions associate
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be very detail oriented
- Must project a professional and positive image
- Must have a high level of energy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with people with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests
- Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations
- Excellent telephone skills
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 4 or more hours
- Must be prompt and able to work in a very-fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Handles the logistics for events and promotions, gifts pickups and Slot and Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown
- Assists with all decor such as balloon columns and centerpieces
- Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates
- Occasional cash handling following property cash handling policies
- Assists patrons with requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous manner
- Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events
- Maintains knowledge of property information including memorabilia
