Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
  • partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy
  • ability to occasionally travel to off-site and out of town locations with possible overnight stays
  • required to drive in accordance with the BGC Driver policy
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible
  • must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and three or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
  • basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop and Premiere
  • experience in photographic and video lighting composition and editing
  • ability to operate sound boards speakers video and digital single-lens reflex cameras
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to analyze data and feedback for continuous improvement
  • capability to manage budgets timelines and risk assessment
  • flexibility to work occasional nights weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy

Job Duties

  • Leads the planning and execution of core company events ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
  • manages logistics for events including registration travel arrangements audiovisual requirements catering and on-site coordination
  • designs creative programming and interactive elements to enhance attendee engagement and deliver memorable experiences
  • coordinates and executes internal events such as the Kids Christmas Party Kids Easter Party and Partner Recognition Events to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture
  • coordinates and executes external events such as the Grand Openings Groundbreakings and Community Appreciation Events to promote the company in the communities served
  • collaborates with internal teams to ensure events reflect company values and culture
  • partners with the community involvement and communications team to ensure event messaging aligns with broader organizational strategies
