Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years of relevant event experience within a marketing organisation, strong project and program management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in event management platforms, ability to manage budgets and timelines, ability to travel domestically and internationally, must be based in NYC or Atlanta, experience handling shipping and event logistics, ability to negotiate and manage partnerships, proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel

- 6+ years of relevant event experience within a marketing organisation, strong project and program management skills, excellent leadership communication and interpersonal abilities, strong collaboration and influencing skills, proven ability to build engaging branded experiences that deliver ROI, demonstrated success in event management process development and ROI reporting, experience translating business objectives to partners vendors and creative teams, supported negotiation and management of partnership agreements, proficiency with event management platforms and marketing tools, detail-oriented team player with a passion for elevating experiences, strong computer skills including Word PowerPoint Excel, ability to travel domestically and internationally, based in NYC or Atlanta
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cross-business events, support Tier 1 cross-business tentpole events as needed, deliver events with strong organisation and communication skills, manage resources timelines and budgets, lead cross-functional project management across marketing creative content and PR teams, develop briefs for agencies vendors and external partners, execute promotional plans to drive attendance and engagement, coordinate event environments and manage on-site execution, conduct post-event analysis including budget recaps and stakeholder feedback, track measure and report event ROI
