Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  • Demonstrated virtual event production experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital outreach tools and analytics
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with government or military programs a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be U.S. citizen
  • Fluent in English

  • Expertise in virtual event planning and execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital outreach and analytics tools such as govDelivery
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Experience with government or military programs preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • U.S. citizen
  • Fluent English speaker

Job Duties

  • Support event production and logistics including webinar execution and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate and execute Military OneSource outreach strategies and registration
  • Develop and implement SMS/MMS messaging and email campaigns
  • Refine messaging to meet objectives and create dynamic content blocks
  • Conduct message testing with UI/UX analysts and establish KPIs
  • Generate insights to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Monitor engagement metrics and analyze audience behavior
  • Deliver input to post-event reporting
  • Execute webinars including virtual event creation, rehearsal management, speaker coordination, platform support, and attendance reporting
  • Provide technical support during virtual events
