Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in event support preferred
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Must be based in NYC

Job Duties

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events including communication with event staff
  • Manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, and AV equipment
  • Manage vendor relationships ensuring smooth event execution
  • Coordinate payment of invoices and follow up on conference invoices
  • Ship, print, package, and manage inventory of event and promotional materials
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for team events
  • Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members regarding event preparation
  • Help manage hotel bookings and vendor coordination for events
