Job Requirements
- Prior experience in event support preferred
- Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events including communication with event staff
- Manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, and AV equipment
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring smooth event execution
- Coordinate payment of invoices and follow up on conference invoices
- Ship, print, package, and manage inventory of event and promotional materials
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for team events
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members regarding event preparation
- Help manage hotel bookings and vendor coordination for events
