Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English
- Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Have availability to commit approximately 12 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Be able to commit to the minimum service term
- Live onsite in Melissa, TX starting March 2026
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Basic fluency in English for marketing content creation and reporting
- Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Commitment to minimum term service
- Previous event planning experience preferred
- Experience managing budgets preferred
- Some social media experience preferred
- Established network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host 2 events each month for apartment residents to foster connection and care
- Provide support and care to residents and staff with assistance from volunteers and community network
- Enhance the apartment community's online reputation by encouraging residents to share their experiences
- Create marketing materials including monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
- Manage event budgets and financial planning
- Prepare monthly activity summaries and reports
- Collaborate with staff and program directors for planning and development
- Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to support events
- Visit new residents and those nearing lease completion to build relationships
