Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services
- excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
- ability to provide after-hours or weekend activities as needed
- basic computer skills
- basic fluency in English
- possess a current driver's license and liability insurance
- access to reliable transportation
- physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- have availability to commit weekly hours mainly in the evenings and weekends
- be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community
- must be 18 years of age or older
- be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Work with corporate, government, and nonprofit partners to create programs that fit each community's needs
- organize and host educational workshops for adults and youth
- meet with residents to provide support and connect them with resources
- share information about rental, food, and other assistance programs
- oversee all activities to ensure they run smoothly
- communicate regularly with onsite staff
- meet weekly with your supervisor to review program and goals
- submit monthly reports on activities and impact
