Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- be legally eligible to work in the United States
- have basic fluency in English
- possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- have access to reliable transportation
- be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- have availability mainly in evenings and weekends
- able to commit to the minimum term commitment of the position
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- basic fluency in English for composing marketing materials and reports
- possess current driver’s license and liability insurance
- access to reliable transportation
- physical ability to perform various physical activities including lifting up to 25 pounds
- availability for weekly hours mainly evenings and weekends
- ability to commit to the minimum term of service
- previous event planning experience preferred
- experience working within a budget preferred
- relevant social media experience preferred
- network of support through potential volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host one event each month for apartment residents
- provide a caring touch to residents and staff with support from community
- enhance online reputation by encouraging residents to share about their experience
- develop marketing materials such as calendars, flyers, and social media posts
- manage event budgets
- prepare monthly activity summaries
- collaborate with staff and program director for planning and development
- engage support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact
