Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports
- Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Have availability to commit weekly hours mainly in the evenings and weekends
- Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks like bending, standing, and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Availability for weekly hours mainly during evenings and weekends
- Willingness to commit to a minimum term of service
- Previous event planning experience preferred
- Experience working within a budget preferred
- Familiarity with social media preferred
- Established network of potential volunteers and community partners
Job Duties
- Plan and host 2 events each month for apartment residents with the aim of fostering care and connection
- Provide personal support to residents and staff by leveraging community networks
- Enhance the apartment community's online reputation by encouraging resident testimonials
- Develop marketing materials including monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media content
- Manage the event budget
- Prepare monthly activity and impact summaries
- Collaborate with staff and program directors for planning and development
- Recruit and engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to support events
- Visit new residents shortly after move-in and residents nearing lease end to maintain connections
