Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and reports
- Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Have availability for evening and weekend hours
- Commit to a two-year term of service
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Have basic fluency in English to create marketing materials and write reports
- Possess a current driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation
- Be physically able to perform tasks including stairs use, bending, sitting, standing, stooping, and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Have availability to commit weekly hours mainly evenings and weekends
- Able to commit to a two-year service term
- Previous event planning experience preferred
- Experience working within a budget preferred
- Relevant experience using social media preferred
- Established network of potential volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host two events each month for residents to foster community and connection
- Provide personal and caring support to residents and staff with assistance from residents and community networks
- Promote the community's online reputation by encouraging residents to share their experiences
- Create marketing materials such as monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
- Manage and oversee the event budget process
- Prepare monthly summary reports on community engagement and activities
- Collaborate with staff and program directors for planning, equipping, and development
- Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to enhance program impact
- Conduct visits to new residents after move-in and residents nearing lease end to connect and support them
