Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- basic fluency in English
- current driver’s license and liability insurance
- access to reliable transportation
- physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- ability to commit to two-year term
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- basic fluency in English for composing marketing and reports
- possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- access to reliable transportation
- physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
- available to work primarily evenings and weekends
- able to commit to a two-year term
- previous event planning experience preferred
- experience managing a budget preferred
- familiarity with social media preferred
- established network of volunteers or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host two events each month to engage and care for residents
- provide personal care and connect residents and staff with community resources
- develop marketing materials including calendars, flyers, and social media posts
- manage event budget and prepare monthly summaries
- collaborate with staff and program director for planning and development
- engage volunteers, vendors, and partners to support events
- visit new and departing residents to build relationships
