Job Requirements

18 years of age or older
legally eligible to work in the United States
basic fluency in English
current driver’s license and liability insurance
access to reliable transportation
physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
availability to work evenings and weekends
ability to commit to two-year term

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
legally eligible to work in the United States
basic fluency in English for composing marketing and reports
possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
access to reliable transportation
physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
available to work primarily evenings and weekends
able to commit to a two-year term
previous event planning experience preferred
experience managing a budget preferred
familiarity with social media preferred
established network of volunteers or community partners preferred

Job Duties

Plan and host two events each month to engage and care for residents
provide personal care and connect residents and staff with community resources
develop marketing materials including calendars, flyers, and social media posts
manage event budget and prepare monthly summaries
collaborate with staff and program director for planning and development
engage volunteers, vendors, and partners to support events
visit new and departing residents to build relationships
