Job Requirements
- be 18 years of age or older
- be legally eligible to work in the United States
- have basic fluency in English
- possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- have access to reliable transportation
- be physically able to perform duties including carrying up to 25 pounds
- availability to commit weekly hours
- ability to make minimum term commitment

Job Duties
- plan and host 2-4 events per month for apartment residents
- provide personal care and communication to residents and staff
- invite residents to share positive experiences online to enhance reputation
- develop and distribute monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
- manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries
- meet regularly with staff and program directors
- engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners
- visit new and departing residents to encourage community connection
