Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, communications or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in event planning, coordination or management
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Support new property launches by gathering website assets
- Assist with performance marketing including vendor management and budget coordination
- Support social media initiatives including managing accounts and posting
- Compile and distribute marketing and public relations reports
- Proof new websites for accuracy and content
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials
- Assist communities with website updates
- Build and manage media lists
- Coordinate media interviews and briefings
- Plan and coordinate events including conferences and social gatherings
- Develop event concepts and strategies
- Research and secure venues and vendors
- Prepare and distribute event materials
- Serve as point of contact for event inquiries
- Manage attendee registration and RSVP lists
- Oversee event logistics including setup and breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Collect and analyze event feedback
- Prepare post-event reports including budget reconciliation
