Job Requirements

- 1-3 years experience in events, hospitality, community management, or related field

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events ranging in size from 50 to 250 people including meetings, workshops, networking sessions, flagship programming, and private events with external clients
- Follow up on incoming leads and event inquiries
- Support logistics for event clients including room setup, audiovisual needs, vendor coordination, and event flow
- Manage event calendars, RSVPs, and attendance tracking
- Create run-of-show documents and ensure all event details are executed on schedule
- Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and properly staged before and after events
- Coordinate within-house facilities team or contracted moving team for furniture setup, supplies, and turnaround needs
- Support management of event inventory such as décor, AV equipment, and signage
- Build relationships with members and partners to identify event needs, gather feedback, and source programming opportunities
- Serve as an event-day point of contact for members, presenters, and vendors
- Represent Hula with professionalism, warmth, and strong customer service
- Support front desk operations to deliver best in class service to members and visitors
- Collaborate with Hula’s marketing team to promote events across email, social, and in-space signage
- Refer clients to vendors and contractors as appropriate to support event execution
- Ensure all event descriptions, schedules, and materials are accurate and current
- Support partner activations, sponsorships, and co-hosted events
