Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of relevant event or experiential marketing experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and production partners
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in designated offices
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for events
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Demonstrated creativity and customer focus
  • Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event/experiential marketing with proven ownership of tradeshows and/or large customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead events from start to finish and confidently run point on-site
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, venues, and production partners
  • Creative, experience-first mindset with strong storytelling instincts
  • Customer-obsessed approach with high standards for quality and outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in-office in Lincolnshire, IL or Englewood Cliffs, NJ and travel 25-30% for event execution
  • Proven track record designing high-touch B2B experiences for senior decision makers
  • Ability to craft tailored messaging and experience flows for specific verticals
  • Strong collaboration with sales teams
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, strategic environments
  • Background supporting B2B technology or related categories such as digital signage, displays, AV
  • Experience building repeatable event playbooks and processes
  • Familiarity with event tools like lead capture, registration, scheduling, and reporting

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end execution of select tradeshows and micro-events
  • Execute a range of micro-events including Business Innovation Center (BIC) events and partner-focused events
  • Own show management including timelines, project plans, checklists, run-of-show, on-site coordination, setup/tear-down, and real-time troubleshooting
  • Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver strong creative and consistent brand execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling experiences
  • Elevate and maintain LG’s brand presence through engaging customer experiences and confident event storytelling
  • Build scalable event tools and systems to improve consistency and quality
  • Define and track performance KPIs and report results with recommendations
  • Coordinate budgets and operational processes to ensure smooth execution
  • Translate ABM strategies and persona-specific messaging into tailored event concepts
  • Design and execute executive-level engagements such as CIO salons and leadership dinners
  • Partner with ABM, Sales, and Product Marketing to align experiences with account needs and industry trends
  • Develop post-event follow-through strategies that support pipeline acceleration
  • Measure event impact using ABM-aligned KPIs
