Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in event management, experiential marketing, or hospitality
- Proven ability to manage complex events end-to-end
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field

- Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders
- A creative eye for designing experiences that engage, inspire, and leave lasting impressions
- Experience working with vendors, venues, and production partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and event platforms
Job Duties
- Lead event planning and execution for customer visits, facility tours, trade shows, product launches, and internal or corporate gatherings
- Design and deliver memorable experiences from site layout and flow to branded touchpoints and storytelling moments that elevate Tate's customer journey
- Develop and enhance experience centers and key customer areas at Tate sites, ensuring they reflect our brand and innovation focus
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to create tailored experiences aligned with business goals and partner expectations
- Own all event logistics including venue selection, travel coordination, supplier/vendor management, agenda creation, branded materials, shipping, and on-site setup and teardown
- Manage event communications such as invitations, confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up materials
- Oversee run-of-show documentation and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, presenters, and partners
- Ensure brand consistency across visuals, messaging, and experience design
- Capture feedback and measure success identifying ways to continuously improve experiences
- Support virtual and hybrid experiences including live streaming or digital participation for global partners
- Develop event and experience toolkits, templates, and best practices to enable scalability and alignment across teams
- Travel extensively across U.S. Tate sites and occasionally internationally to support key customer and corporate events
- Contribute to the marketing team's collaborative culture, assisting with broader initiatives and campaigns as needed
