Job Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • six years directly related experience including executive administrative support required
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to manage complex travel arrangements
  • ability to work autonomously and manage confidential information with discretion
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
  • adherence to company health safety and environmental protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six years of directly related experience including executive administrative support
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • advanced problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage complex travel arrangements

  • knowledge of Edwards policies procedures and administrative requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute small on-campus events end-to-end including timelines run-of-show vendor coordination attendee communications post-event follow-up
  • conduct event research venues formats vendors pricing best practices to support the events team and internal partners
  • manage scheduling meeting space reservations and logistics including room bookings A/V seating catering coordination and calendar holds
  • provide day-of event support including check-in setup/tear-down coordination issue resolution and stakeholder support
  • coordinate logistics for Voice of Customer (VoC) meetings such as schedule tracking materials room setup and onsite support
  • track submit and reconcile department purchases and expenses inclusive of POs invoices reimbursements and documentation for approvals
  • provide ad-hoc reporting and administrative support including file management tracking documents and event wrap-up reporting attendance feedback spend learnings
