Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, events management, or corporate partnerships
- demonstrated track record in securing corporate sponsorships
- proficient in donor databases and CRM systems
- ability to manage budgets and revenue targets
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for animal welfare and alignment with IndyHumane's mission
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, events management, and/or corporate partnerships
- demonstrated success securing corporate sponsorships and managing fundraising events
- strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- experience working with donor databases and CRM systems
- comfort with revenue goals, budgets, and performance tracking
- passion for animal welfare and commitment to IndyHumane's mission
Job Duties
- Create and implement an annual events strategy aligned with fundraising goals
- lead planning and execution of signature fundraising and donor stewardship events
- create and manage event timelines and budgets
- coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, volunteers, staffing, and run-of-show planning
- partner with Development and Communications teams for consistent messaging and sponsorship recognition
- track, analyze, and report on event performance and ROI
- develop and execute comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy
- identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners through sponsorships and giving programs
- build and manage corporate sponsorship pipeline including prospect research, outreach, proposals, and stewardship
- develop tiered sponsorship opportunities and customized packages
- oversee corporate matching gift and workplace giving initiatives
- organize and manage corporate volunteer engagement opportunities
- steward corporate partners to encourage renewal and long-term commitment
- collaborate with Development leadership to align events and partnerships with fundraising strategies
- work with program and operations teams to create engagement opportunities
- ensure stewardship, recognition, and reporting for corporate sponsors
- support donor and sponsor communications related to events and partnerships
- attend team meetings and perform special projects as assigned
