Job Duties
- Coordinate and plan beneficial events, activities and classes for residents
- work closely with facility manager, case management, and residents to determine successful activities and events
- develop rapport and professional relationships with residents to promote attendance
- calendar and communicate all events effectively to staff and residents
- proactively seek and approach community partners for resources, donations, or sponsorships
- collaborate with marketing team to find new community partners
- operate inside budget
- prepare weekly reports on resident attendance for facility manager and Regional Director
- attend coordination meetings with facility leadership
- maintain professional boundaries with residents
- perform other duties as assigned
