Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in activities/events coordination, networking, or community engagement

Job Duties

  • Coordinate events and activities between the facilities under coordinator's jurisdiction
  • Calendar all events and make sure all residents are aware
  • Develop rapport with residents to encourage activity attendance
  • Work closely with case management, property management, and residents to determine the type of activities and events that would be successful at the facilities
  • Connect with community resources and partners to encourage their involvement in activities and events
  • Use budget appropriately without overspending
  • Prepare a weekly report on resident attendance to deliver to property management and Regional Director
  • Communicate regularly with property and case management teams
  • Other duties as assigned
