Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in communications, fundraising events, events production or equivalent
  • Ability to foster collaboration, build teamwork, and relational trust in representing Jubilee REACH
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, work independently, and problem solve
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Pass national and state background check and reference check

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the planning, managing, executing, and coordinating resources of events as assigned by the Media and Communications Manager
  • Work collaboratively and share responsibilities with Jubilee REACH teammates, external events management partners, volunteer teams, volunteer leadership, and other groups as assigned
  • Create event materials
  • Manage internal and external communication for events
  • Assist with working with Volunteer coordinators, Event Committees, managing event data, and supporting systems and technology
  • Participate in exploring and developing new communication strategies and initiatives with the Media and Communications Manager and Executive Director
  • Assist with creating and implementing email campaigns through MailChimp
  • Create and publish collateral materials including brochures and flyers
  • Draft, publish, and edit stories for print, digital, and social media platforms
