- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in private clubs, hotels, upscale restaurants, catering, or conference services preferred
- Familiarity with event software or POS systems preferred
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and banquet service standards preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in event planning and coordination at Club events and regattas
- Manage event reservations, seating, and billing ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team to develop menus
- Partner with Club Management to develop event pricing balancing member value and financial performance
- Coordinate regatta-related social functions with Race Department
- Ensure communication and coordination between Food & Beverage, Catering Team, and Front Desk
- Prepare event spaces including setups, timing, and service details
