  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in private clubs, hotels, upscale restaurants, catering, or conference services preferred
  • Familiarity with event software or POS systems preferred
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations and banquet service standards preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in event planning and coordination at Club events and regattas
  • Manage event reservations, seating, and billing ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team to develop menus
  • Partner with Club Management to develop event pricing balancing member value and financial performance
  • Coordinate regatta-related social functions with Race Department
  • Ensure communication and coordination between Food & Beverage, Catering Team, and Front Desk
  • Prepare event spaces including setups, timing, and service details
