- knowledge of food and beverage operations and banquet service standards preferred
Job Duties
- assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of club events and regattas, partnering with staff and committees to ensure exceptional member experiences
- manage event reservations, seating arrangements, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to accounting
- collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to develop menus aligned with member preferences
- partner with club management to develop event pricing balancing member value and financial performance
- work closely with the race department to coordinate regatta-related social functions
- collaborate with food and beverage director, catering team, and front desk to ensure clear communication and seamless event logistics
- ensure event spaces are properly prepared including room setups, timing, and service details for smooth execution
