Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in events or hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or club operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professionalism, poise, and a member-service mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in private clubs, hotels, upscale restaurants, catering, or conference services (preferred)
- Familiarity with event software or POS systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and banquet service standards (preferred)
Job Duties
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of club events and regattas
- Manage event reservations, seating arrangements, and billing processes
- Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to develop menus
- Partner with club management to develop event pricing
- Work closely with the race department to coordinate regatta-related social functions
- Collaborate with food and beverage director, catering team, and front desk for event logistics
- Ensure event spaces are properly prepared including room setup, timing, and service details
