Job Duties

  • oversee activities within the Jeri B. Block and Robert H. Schottenstein Forum within Hamilton Hall
  • work directly with clients to map out their event objectives and requirements including audiovisual production, plans for food and beverage services, furniture setups, and vendor arrangements
  • coordinate setup and teardown of event furniture according to event needs
  • serve as contact for client needs before, during, and after events including scheduling, communications, and billing
  • consult with the Business Operations Senior Analyst to plan and implement small to large scale College-level events for the Dean of the College of Medicine
  • assist with activities related to occupant support services and day-to-day building operations including onboarding tasks for new occupants, fielding building issues, and providing general support in facility-related emergencies
  • ensure general usability and cleanliness of the building including arranging office, conference, and support room furniture and monitoring spaces for issues and necessary updates
