Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of hotel event sales or planning experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with computer applications
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- sell and service affiliate and local event bookings
- act as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
- create and execute event contracts
- administer agreement details including food, beverage and audiovisual requirements
- manage room blocks and billing instructions
- serve as on-site contact for event execution
- review event details and final billing
