Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge including Opera, EMS, and Envision
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate amount of weight
  • Must be able to make quick decisions in tough situations
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in general computer knowledge including Opera, EMS, and Envision
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to sales and events managers
  • Manage event databases and coordinate schedules
  • Assist with event preparation and logistics
  • Maintain clear and organized communication among the team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Resolve issues and problem solve efficiently
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays
