Job Duties
- enter and retrieve information using a keyboard, mouse or trackball
- update files, records, and reservations
- respond to guest inquiries
- transmit information or documentation via computer, email or fax
- operate standard office equipment aside from computers
- draft letters, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases or presentation software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, date stamp and distribute incoming mail
- create and maintain filing and organizational systems in electronic and paper formats
- collect, copy, sort and file office activity records and business transactions
- locate information through computers or point of sale systems
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain a neat and professional appearance
- protect company confidential information
- greet guests according to company standards
- anticipate and meet guest service needs
- assist persons with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents accurately
- answer phones following proper protocol
- foster positive working relationships with colleagues
