Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative support preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support across multiple hotel departments
  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout event processes
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
  • Maintain professional appearance and communications
  • Support team goals and respond to employee concerns appropriately
